Ocorian appoints Alan Booth MD UK
March 12, 2018

Ocorian - an independent provider of corporate and fiduciary services – says it has appointed Alan Booth as Managing Director of its UK business. Booth was previously Global Head of Product Management within Deutsche Bank's Corporate Services Division, and will play a key role in driving Ocorian's enhanced corporate services offering.

Ocorian says that his in-depth knowledge of the global regulatory and legal environment - gained through 12 years' experience in structured finance, private equity and real estate structuring - will prove central to the shaping and management of its growing corporate services business.

Ocorian adds that it has grown considerably over the last two years, with strategic acquisitions increasing its multi-jurisdictional footprint across Europe, as well as Africa and the Middle East - including, most recently, the purchase of Mauritius-based corporate services provider ABAX in February.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank - where he was responsible for strategy, product development and regulatory processes across ten jurisdictions - Booth practised as a commercial and corporate lawyer.
